1. How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. You may modify your order (size, color, shipping address, or item removal) before shipment. Once shipped, changes cannot be made, but you may return the item per our Returns Policy.
2. How Can I Track My Package?
Track your order anytime via our Order Tracking Page.
3. My Order Was Confirmed, But I Received a Refund Notification. Why?
This means the item sold out between your purchase and our processing. We refunded you to avoid delays.
4. I Missed Emails/Calls from thegoodarbor About My Order. What Happens Now?
If we can’t reach you within 7 days to verify your order, it will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund (minus discounts). Used a coupon? We’ll reissue it.t

5. Why Was My Order Canceled?
Possible reasons:
Out of stock/unexpected delays → Full refund (coupons reissued).
Billing address mismatch → Contact your bank to update details, then reorder.
Unresponsive to verification attempts → Canceled after 7 days (refund issued).
6. My Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet. Why?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours. Delays may occur if:
Your order requires fraud review (we’ll email you).
An item is temporarily out of stock but expected back soon (we’ll notify you).
7. I Never Received an Order Confirmation Email.

8. I Forgot to Use My Discount Code.
Codes can’t be applied to placed orders, but you’re welcome to use it next time!
9. Received a Damaged Item. What Now?
You qualify for a full refund. To proceed:
Provide clear photos of the damage and the courier tracking number.
Submit "Proof of Damage" from the courier.
Alternatively, refuse the delivery if damage is visible upon arrival and email us immediately.
